The dirty dozen workout consists of five exercises that are repeated 12 times. Chloe offers both standing and seated variations for those of all ability levels. These exercises cover a wide range of movement that can help maintain and improve balance, flexibility, core, and arm strength. You will need a weighted object and a chair.
