In honor of American Heart Month, ERS Wellness Director Chloe Sarbaugh is back with a Heart Healthy Stretch Challenge to help keep your heart strong and healthy. These simple stretches improve circulation, flexibility, and overall heart health—plus, they feel great!
You’ll only need a step stool for one of the stretches; the rest can be done anywhere! Try all the stretches at once or pick a new one each day.
