Happy #WellnessWednesday! Today, Episcopal Retirement Services Wellness Director Chloe Hough shows us Seated Hip Stretches, as part of our fitness series for older adults.

All you'll need is a sturdy chair without wheels.

These stretches ease tension in the front of our hips, the hip flexors. This helps ease the tension we accumulate when we sit, or drive, for long periods. We hope you enjoy!
