Register now for Parish Health Ministry’s annual Refresh Your Soul Conference will return to the Cintas Center at Xavier University on Monday, March 16, 2020.

Registration for Refresh Your Soul opened in mid-November. Here’s what you can look forward to during this day devoted to promoting healthy living through all stages of life.

Featured Speakers

This year’s keynote speaker is Nick Buettner, a key researcher for “The Blue Zones: 9 Power Lessons for Living Longer.” Over the last 20 years, Nick Buettner has led 17 expeditions to over six continents around the world. Three of these expeditions were to Blue Zones regions—places with the longest life expectancy and where people reach age 100 more than anywhere else in the world.

At the conference, Nick will share the nine common diet and lifestyle habits—the

Power 9®—that keep people healthy past age 100. He’ll also debunk the most common myths about healthy living and aging well and offer a science-backed blueprint for the average American to live longer, better.

Other featured speakers include:

She’ll also share an overview of sleep and normal changes with aging as well as a more in-depth discussion on how sleep issues can affect changes in the brain.
