Today, ERS Wellness Director Chloe Hough shows us 'Lateral Step-Ups,' which exercise our legs.
You can use the bottom step of a flight of stairs that has either a railing or a sturdy piece of furniture that you can hold, if needed. You also can use a shoebox or something else that height. For this exercise, we won't be placing our weight on the box or step.
