Sunday, November 1
1:45 PM: Xavier Piano Series Pianist
Pianist Momoro Ono will perform with a guest appearance from his brother, and President of the University of Cincinnati, Santa Ono playing the cello. As part of the faculty at Creighton University, he teaches piano and collaborates while filling in extra time with recitals and performances.
Wednesday, November 4
2:00 PM: Estate Planning
The very knowledgeable CPA and attorney, Ken Kinder, will be returning. He will cover a variety of topics ranging from what documents you should have in place to have your affairs in order to how long you should keep tax records. And, as always, Ken will be ready to answer all of our questions.
Thursday, November 5
1:00 PM: Mind Fit Series
Join us for the latest installment in our fun and informative six-part series, led by brain fitness expert Marcky Biehl from Home Care Assistance. In this Mind Fit series, you will learn about proactive ways to enhance cognitive functioning, including fun group activities used in the Cognitive Therapeutics Method, a science-based cognitive stimulation program.
We’ll be continuing the series on Thursday, November 12 and 19.
Tuesday, November 10
7:30 PM: A Salute to the Veterans of America
In honor of all the men and women in our community who served, we’re hosting a special Veteran’s Day event. The Phil DeGreg Trio, along with vocalist Ann Chamberlain, will perform some of the best popular songs of the World War II era. This is some of the music heard on the radio in those years that still endures until this day, being reinterpreted every generation.
Monday, November 16
7:30 PM: Janet Pettit in Concert
We have some talented people here at Deupree House and in the greater Episcopal Retirement Homes community. Today, we welcome ERH Paralegal and pianist, Janet Pettit, for a special performance of selected works by Chopin, Debussy, and Brahms. Prior to working for ERH, Janet managed a piano teaching/performance studio in Colorado. She has a Master of Music degree in piano performance.

We will be dining at Jean Robert’s French neo-bistro in the Edgecliff!
Wednesday, November 18
1:45 PM: Cincinnati Art Museum
Join us on a guided tour of one of the current exhibitions at the Art Museum, “Masterpieces of Japanese Art.” Earlier this year, we were treated to a special lecture by the Curator of Asian Arts at the Art Museum, Hou-mei Sung, who suggested we take a guided tour to get a closer look into the exhibit, and today we are!

7:30 PM: A Day in the Life of a Cincinnati Ballet Dancer
Deupree House has an amazing opportunity to get a peek into “a day in the life of a dancer” with the talented CB2 (Cincinnati Ballet Company)—and a special preview of the Ballet’s 2015-2016 season!
Wednesday, November 25
10:00 AM: Kentucky Toyota Plant Tour and Lunch
Did you know that your Toyota may have been made right across the border in Kentucky? Join us as we take a tram tour through portions of the 7.5 million square foot Toyota Motor Manufacturing Plant where we will hear and see just what goes into manufacturing the Camry, Avalon and Venza vehicles that roll off the line each day.
The tour begins in Stamping where we will see cars take shape from huge coils of rolled up steel then move to Body Weld where these stamped pieces are put together. Watch as a team of computer-controlled robots perform the welds that result in a completed body shell. Look up and see overhead conveyors transport the cars from Paint, to the Final Line in Assembly.
Throughout the tour, our guide will point out the foundations of the world renowned Toyota Production System and give insight into the line side processes of the TMMK team members.

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade
NBC officially kicks off the holiday season with the LIVE broadcast of the annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade from New York City. Broadcast on NBC since 1948, America's most beloved procession marches in the holidays with dazzling doses of spectacle, enchantment and tradition. Join us as we broadcast this three-hour special in our Event Center, with a continental breakfast.
