Happy #WellnessWednesday! Today, ERS Wellness Director Chloe Hough shows us a new shoulder lift workout, which will help maintain muscle mass in the arms which can assist us in daily activities such as grocery shopping and moving objects.
You'll need a dumbbells or weighted objects such as soup cans or wine bottles.
