Have you heard of Maverick Chocolate Company, the new factory store in Findlay Market? Marlene and Paul Picton offer craft chocolates entirely made on-site. If you visit their store, you can see the whole process from cocoa bean to candy bar— roasting, grinding, tempering and packaging of chocolate bars including chocolate recipes and flavors developed by Marlene. They even have illustrations of early flying machines on each chocolate bar which reflect Paul’s first career in Aviation.
