Happy #WellnessWednesday! Today, Episcopal Retirement Services Wellness Director Chloe Hough shows us Knee Lift exercises.

You'll need a water bottle, coffee cup or other relatively small object that you'll lift your legs over. The taller the object, the higher you'll have to lift each leg.

This exercise is good for strengthening the hip joint, and also engages our thighs and flexors. This helps make it easier to lift those legs when you need to step, or step over something, out in the real world.

Give this a try, and see what you think! Click here to see more exercise demonstrations.
