Happy #WellnessWednesday!

Today, ERS Wellness Director Chloe Hough shows us forearm dumbbell exercises, which are very helpful to us as we age. These exercises work our forearms and wrists, which help with our hand-grip strength -- something that tends to diminish as we age. Grip strength is important for things like turning doorknobs and opening jars, while fine motor skills of our hands help us do things like button our shirts.

You'll need a chair and a couple of dumbbells, or two light weights, such as water bottles, milk jugs or soup cans.

Give it a try, and see what you think! Click here to see more exercise demonstrations.

Take time today for exercise — your body, mind & spirit all will feel better. #ERSlife
