Today, ERS Wellness Director Chloe Hough demonstrates a Drop-Through Stretch, which is a great way to de-stress in various parts of the body. It's especially good for people who are on their feet a lot and for caregivers in general.
You'll need a chair, countertop, or other sturdy object that won't move. This stretch helps relax the chest, shoulders, back and hamstrings — whichever of those parts are most tight.
