Today, ERS Wellness Director Chloe Hough shows us tricep curls, which work the muscles on the backs of our upper arms.
You'll need a dumbbell, and a chair. You can do this exercise while standing or sitting, but if you're standing, it's still good to have a chair to hold onto.
