Happy #WellnessWednesday! Today, Episcopal Retirement Services Wellness Director Chloe Hough shows us stretches of the forearms, hands and wrists, for caregivers of loved ones, and for older adults.

All you'll need is a chair in which you'll sit.

These stretches ease tension in the wrists, hands and forearms, which perform so many important movements for us through the day. This helps ease the tension we accumulate as caregivers. We hope you enjoy, and de-stress.
