Today, Episcopal Retirement Services Wellness Director Chloe Hough reviews a new exercise to strengthen your arms and grip. This exercise is beneficial for shoulder, and arm stability for movements performed every day, such as pushing, pulling, and holding items. . This is an advancement from prior exercises. You will need a ball or other squishy object, such as a rolled-up towel, to complete this workout.
