Happy #WellnessWednesday!

Today, ERS Wellness Director Chloe Hough demonstrates lunges, which can be especially helpful for caregivers. These build strength in the legs, helping us with movements we do throughout the day, such as bending to pick up something, or kneeling to tie someone's shoes.

You'll need a sturdy object beside you, such as a chair without wheels, or a countertop.

Give it a try, and see what you think! Click here to see more exercise demonstrations.

Take time today for exercise — your body, mind & spirit all will feel better. #ERSlife

And feel free to forward it to friends who can use it!
