Affordable senior living where “affordable” doesn’t mean inferior.
Originally constructed as a hotel, the exterior is beautifully ornamented in the Neo-Classical style and presents a refined and elegant appearance. The building is faced with limestone on the lower level, which houses a variety of stores and office spaces, and red brick on the top residential floors.
Our recent exterior renovation cleaned and restored all of the delicate ornamentation and replaced the old windows with more energy efficient versions. Inside, we updated the lighting and refurbished the historic first floor lobby areas to resemble their original state.
When you make Shawnee Place your home, you’ll enjoy affordable senior living where lower costs don’t mean lower quality. Your one or two-bedroom apartment has all the comforts of home.
