All you'll need is a squishy playground ball, a pillow or rolled-up towel, plus a sturdy chair without wheels, in which you'll sit.
These stretches ease tension in, and lengthen, the torso and spine. This helps ease the tension we accumulate as caregivers or in other parts of your life. We hope you enjoy, and de-stress!
