Happy Wellness Wednesday! Today, Episcopal Retirement Services Wellness Director Chloe Hough introduces a new tricep exercise, to strengthen the backs of your arms.
You will need a medium-sized playground ball like the one shown, or any lightweight object that you can lift above your head or hold in front of you. Chloe modifies the exercise to make it easier for people of all fitness levels to participate.
