This Mindful Monday, Shannon Braun, director of ERS' Center for Memory Support and Inclusion, offers a tip for people who are care partners for people who are living with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia: To figure out the best times to do difficult or strenuous tasks, take your 'energy temperature' and do things when your energy level is highest.
